You must register and sign a waiver to participate in any portion of this event.
Please be respectful to each other. Everyone is welcome. Don’t be a Jerk! Jerks will not be tolerated and asked to leave.
No riding on the property; scooters/vehicles should remain parked unless you are arriving/leaving the property.
Please do not block the driveway. The owner of the cattle usually visits every day to feed and will need to be able to get his truck through the gate at the bottom of the barn lot. Feel free to park in the grass on the edges of the driveway.
Do not drive behind or between the barns. This is where the septic system is. You will collapse the leach beds.
If you are bringing a camper, the electric hookups are in the southwest corner of the barn. We should be able to set them up along the west side of the barn and all reach plugs. If you have an extra RV extension cord, bring it. We might need it. This will leave the concrete in front of the barn for parking scoots. We will have water for your camper, too. Bring an extra hose if you have them.
The last time I checked, there was still a bull in with the herd. Don’t get in there with it.
Please do not bring your pets. No one will be there to watch them when we ride. There are dogs, cats, cows (both adults and youths), racoons, coyotes, etc. at the farm if you need a critter fix. – if you need an exception for a service animal or other scenario please email for a discussion.
BEWARE the bees in the older barn!
Some farm fences are electric; do not touch them.
Campfire is only permitted in the main fire pit in the stump on the edge of the circle driveway toward the house and another portable fire ring that will be setup near the barn. Wood is on site for the campfires. Please do not bring any with you, we have plenty.
Do not burn trash in the campfire. Plan to minimize waste and take it with you if you are in a vehicle. If you’re on a scooter we have room for limited trash.
No alcohol will be provided by the property owner or the organizers. You are welcome to supply your own and drink responsibly. Irresponsible drinkers may be asked to leave the property.
Please do not bring firearms onto the property.
To make sure everyone knows the plan on where to setup tents, etc. Here is an image of the property with color coded areas marked. If you arrive to the camp while we are riding and need to know where you should setup, this should help.
