Camp Rules

  • You must sign a waiver to participate in any portion of this event.
  • No riding on the property; scooters/vehicles should remain parked unless you are arriving/leaving the property.
  • Vehicles should be parked along the side of the driveway to allow room for people to pass. If you are pulling a trailer, you may be asked to park on a different part of the farm.
  • If you are vehicle camping, you will be directed to a specific location in the field. If tenting in a shady spot in the trees, you will likely be asked to leave your car by the drive.
  • If you are bringing a camper – the hookups are reserved and you will not have any connections to water/sewer/electric
  • Do not drive or walk on the fields other than the camping area. Crops are planted in all of the open fields.
  • No pets; there are multiple dogs at the campsite and on the farm as well as numerous other animals (chickens, goats, cows, horse, etc.) – if you need an exception for a service animal or other scenario please email for a discussion.
  • Talk to the planners or the owners if you want to walk through the woods/pastures. There are connected adjacent pastures that are not suitable for walking due to the animals. While we have some areas to explore, state parks with hiking trails and waterfalls are a short drive from the farm.
  • Electricity is available for phone charging, etc., There are exterior outlets at the campers and cabin where devices can be charged.
  • Wifi is available outside the main farm buildings, but it does not reach the camp. All major carriers typically have excellent cell/data service at the camp.
  • Well water is available on site. It has recently been tested by the county and is safe for drinking.
  • A flush toilet and shower is available in the cabin. Please use the outside entrance; people will be sleeping in the other part of the cabin.
  • Please try to use environmentally friendly soap/shampoo products as the camp is on a septic system; shared non-phosphorus body wash and shampoo are provided for use in the shower.
  • Be considerate of shower times since there is only one; you should have reserved a time slot when registering. Please adhere to it so we aren’t all trying to shower at once.
  • A porta-potty is available as a secondary bathroom; do not use bathrooms in the owner’s campers.
  • You can pee in the woods away from the tents; do not pee on the electric fences.
  • The farm fences are electric; do not touch them.
  • Campfire is only permitted in the main fire ring at the main campsite. If we have enough people for a second fire ring, please ask permission. Wood is on site for the main campfire. Do not use the wet wood stacked by the storage shed.
  • Do not burn trash in the campfire.
  • Plan to minimize waste and take it with you if you are in a vehicle. If you’re on a scooter we have room for limited trash.
  • No firearms are permitted on the property.
